Accounts Administrator – Part Time (Flexible Hours)

This is a part-time position, and we're happy to accommodate school hours for the right candidate. For those looking to grow their career, there's also the potential for this role to develop into a full-time position with added variety, including help desk and project support tasks.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for a range of day-to-day accounting and administrative duties, including:

  • Payroll processing and employee record maintenance
  • Accounts receivable and payable processing
  • Monthly and quarterly BAS preparation and lodgement
  • Bank account reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Liaising with team members and assisting with project-based administrative tasks

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in bookkeeping or accounts administration
  • Confident using accounting software (MYOB)
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and organised
  • A good communicator who enjoys being part of a team
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to help where needed
