Quality Hotel Colonial Launceston are looking for full or casual Guest Service Agents to join our expanding Hotel.

The role is a combination of customer service and administration, ideal for someone with previous experience in customer service within the accommodation, travel or tourism industry.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Greeting and checking in our guests
  • Provide and exceptional guest experience
  • Handling guest communications via phone, email and direct
  • Co-ordinating with our housekeeping and maintenance teams
  • Processing reservations
  • General administration tasks as require
  • Guest account reconciliation

Ideal Experience

  • Previous experience in administration, travel or tourism preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • The ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Professional presentation
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts on a rotating roster (including morning shifts from 6.45am and afternoon shifts, weekends and public holidays)
