Yuwell is a leading global medical device company dedicated to improving healthcare through innovation. With strong expertise in respiratory care, we are strengthening our presence in Australia and seeking a Sales Manager with proven experience in the home respiratory product market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Yuwell's presence in Australia's home respiratory care market (CPAP, oxygen concentrators, ventilators, masks, and related devices).
  • Build and manage relationships with hospitals, homecare providers, sleep clinics, and distributors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in both B2B and B2C channels.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Achieve sales targets and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and service teams to support product promotion and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports and market feedback to regional/global headquarters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, Medical, or related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the medical device industry, with at least 3 years focused on home respiratory care.
  • Strong existing network with hospitals, homecare providers, and distributors in Australia.
  • Solid track record of sales achievements and business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
