The Opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our South Brisbane Support Office.

As our Receptionist, you will be based at the front desk and be the first point of contact for our guests and team members, ensuring everyone is greeted with a warm and professional welcome. You will also play a key role in managing office logistics, providing administrative support across the business, supporting systems for our People & Culture (P&C) Team, and acting as a cultural ambassador for Fitness and Lifestyle Group.

This is a part-time role (30 hours per week), Monday-Friday across core business hours.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Exceptional customer service to visitors and team members
  • Managing inbound phone calls and shared inboxes
  • Booking meetings and managing meeting room calendars
  • General office logistics such as mail, stationary orders, and other tasks as required
  • Coordination of office events
  • Act as a cultural ambassador and provide support in driving engagement initiatives
  • Administrative support to our P&C team which may include general systems support, conducting visa checks and coordination of the Employee Service Recognition Program
  • General ad-hoc overflow admin support for office across all departments

About You:

  • A self-motivated team player, you are proactive and outgoing. You will also present with:
  • 1-2 years proven experience in a customer centric or admin role.
  • Intermediate knowledge across Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional, friendly and warm telephone manner with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with high attention to detail
  • Interest in health and fitness
