What you'll do
- Greet patients warmly & manage a busy front desk
- Handle calls, emails, bookings & enquiries
- Keep correspondence & reports up to date
- Support doctors & take direction from the Practice Manager
- Ensure a calm, welcoming clinic for every patient
What we're looking for
- Medical reception/admin experience (Cardiologist a bonus)
- Great communication & people skills
- Organised, reliable & team-focused
