About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Dreamlife Sydney as a Wedding Photography Studio - Sales and Studio Manager. In this full-time role based in Stanmore NSW 2048, you will play a key part in driving sales and managing the day-to-day operations of the studio. The role offers a chance to work in a dynamic and creative environment, providing exceptional customer service and helping to grow the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the sales process for wedding photography packages, from initial enquiry to booking and contract signing
  2. Provide expert guidance to clients on product and service offerings, ensuring a personalised and tailored experience
  3. Oversee the smooth running of the photography studio, including scheduling, supplier management and general administration
  4. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and build brand awareness
  5. Manage a team of photographers and support staff, providing coaching and mentorship to drive high performance
  6. Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies

  1. Significant experience in a sales or store management role within the retail industry
  2. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
  3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and manage a team effectively
  4. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
  5. Passion for the wedding industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
