About the role

This isn't an entry-level role — we're after someone at the top of their game.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Running professional headshot and branding shoots both in-studio and on-location
  • Managing all aspects of the shoot day
  • Connecting with everyday people (not models) and helping them look confident and relaxed on camera
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality results under pressure

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Advanced lighting skills – confident with strobes, modifiers, and mixed lighting setups
  • Ability to work fast without compromising quality
  • Excellent people skills – able to direct, guide, and lift the mood on set
  • Experience photographing non-models in a professional setting
  • Strong eye for detail, composition, and consistency
  • Fully equipped with your own reliable transport and valid driver's license
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Confidence managing solo shoots with corporate clients

Nice to Have (But Not Essential):

  • Experience with Capture One or Lightroom tethered shooting
  • Basic post-production knowledge
  • Familiarity with fast-paced commercial or agency shoots
  • Lighting and Gear will be be provided
  • Video experience
