Australia's leading luxury multi-brand fashion boutique seeks an E-Commerce & Studio Co-ordinator. This role is central to maintaining and optimising our digital platforms, managing all product and content creation in the studio, and ensuring every online touchpoint reflects Parlour X's exacting standards
.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Studio

  • Maintain, update, and optimise the website to ensure seamless user experience and prevent performance issues.
  • Upload all product to the site, ensuring details, descriptions, and pricing are accurate and aligned with company standards.
  • Manage online visual merchandising, category creation, and homepage updates in line with strategy.
  • Oversee product photography in the studio, ensuring consistent styling, lighting, and presentation.
  • Handle the offshore editing and retouching workflow, including quick adjustments when required.
  • Manage file naming, tagging, and version control for streamlined uploads.
  • Produce engaging digital content to support product and campaign launches.
  • Write engaging, credible product copy and content to optimise conversion.

Social & Digital Media

  • Manage and schedule social media platforms in line with Parlour X's brand strategy.
  • Create and send newsletters via Klaviyo, ensuring compelling visuals and storytelling.
  • Ensure innovation, consistency, and brand integrity across all digital channels.
  • Use campaign and studio assets to create engaging digital storytelling across Instagram, TikTok, and EDMs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an e-commerce role within fashion, ideally multi-brand retail.
  • Strong understanding of online merchandising and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with studio photography and editing.
  • Skilled with Shopify and Klaviyo.
  • Competent in photo and video editing.
  • Strong copywriting skills for product and digital content.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
