BMF Studios has been borne out of collaboration between ALDI and BMF.

By way of weekly and campaign work, BMF Studios aims to offer a streamlined production workflow and a best in class output.

As a Sample Administrator and Studio Runner, you'll be responsible for managing and co-ordinating all client supplied samples, supporting the photography process and needs of the weekly and campaign based work for ALDI. You will manage & maintain general cleanliness & tidiness of studio. Additionally this role is to assist on any other photography briefs as needed by BMF Studios Producers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the incoming and outgoing Catalogue product samples on a weekly basis, this includes photographing all product samples on arrival for show and tell
  • Providing outstanding & uncoded product details to Producers
  • Manage and coordinate all client stock in the store area and studios
  • Manage and co-ordinate props in the prop store areas
  • Prepare product samples for weekly briefing.
  • Prepare/assembling product for shoot.
  • Co-ordinate approved studio service providers.
  • Sourcing of props for photoshoots as required.
  • Tidying of kitchen areas & common areas
  • Ensure kitchen areas are well stocked with supplies (kitchens/bathrooms/general stationery)
  • Ensure all product samples are available and prepared for scheduled shoot date.
  • Managing and monitoring the studios petty cash & reconciliations as required
  • Ordering of weekly studio groceries & general supplies & props as required in the most efficient & cost-effective way
  • Assisting on any other photography briefs as needed by BMF Studios in studio or on location.
