Territory Sales Manager – NSW/ACT

Sydney, NSW | Full Time | $100,000 + Commission + Car Allowance + Super

Join Evolution Botanicals, a fast growing health and wellness company offering premium natural products like medicinal mushrooms, minerals, tonic herbs, greens meal shakes, functional drinks and optimised plant protein.

We're seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to grow our presence across Sydney, regional NSW, and the ACT.

About You:

  • Sales driven with a positive, self-starting attitude

  • Strong time management and ability to work autonomously

  • Passionate about health and wellness, with solid knowledge of natural, plant-based products

  • Natural health related qualifications are not mandatory but will enhance your application and success in the role

  • NSW/ACT resident with a valid driver's licence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow retail accounts

  • Identify and close new business opportunities

  • Maintain a regular "in person" call cycle across health food, pharmacy, and independent grocery retailers

  • Respond promptly to enquiries via email, phone, and in-person

You Bring:

  • Experience in sales, ideally in health or supplements

  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

  • Territory management and negotiation experience

  • Nutrition or naturopathy qualifications highly regarded

  • Strong organisation and planning
