Your part in The Wesley Hospital team

As the front face of our busy Outpatient Allied Health Centre, you'll play a vital role in supporting the team, providing a tailored service through administrative support, and delivering high level customer service to patients and their loved ones.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with patients on behalf of the Allied Health and Visiting Medical Practitioners
  • Answering incoming calls and aiding as required
  • Scheduling appointments for visiting patients, including follow ups for future appointments
  • Conducting health fund checks, invoice accounts and process patient payments for appointments
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
  • Access, prepare, file and return medical charts as specific to the unit and program
  • Coordination of room bookings for Allied Health appointments and programs for patients

Casual position. Ideally seeking those with flexibility to work across Monday - Friday, between hours 7am – 4.30pm, as required. No weekend shifts available.
