**Your part in The Wesley Hospital team**
- As the front face of our busy Outpatient Allied Health service, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the team, providing a tailored service through administrative support, whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service to patients and their loved ones. With no two days the same, you’ll:
- Liaise with patients on behalf of the Allied Health and Visiting Medical Practitioners, answering incoming calls and aiding as required
- Schedule appointments for visiting patients, including follow ups for future appointments
- Conduct health fund checks, invoice accounts and process patient payments for appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
- Access, prepare, file and return medical charts as specific to the unit and program
- Coordination of room bookings for Allied Health appointments and programs for patients
