Part-Time Venue Manager – Alchemy Saunas

Looking for a leadership role that fits around your life? We're searching for a Part-Time Venue Manager to take ownership of one of our vibrant Alchemy Saunas venues, with flexible hours and the ability to make a real impact.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a management role without needing to be on shift every day. You'll work around two core days each week (or split into shorter days) to oversee the big picture - rostering, venue operations, training and team culture - while remaining available to support staff remotely as needed.

About the Role

You'll be the go-to person for your venue, responsible for:

  • Leading and inspiring your FOH team
  • Overseeing rostering and ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Supporting staff with queries and problem-solving (via phone if not on-site)
  • Maintaining stock levels, cleanliness standards, and venue readiness
  • Liaising with HQ on performance, reporting, and process improvements

About You

You might be a parent, a hospitality professional looking to step back from full-time work, or someone seeking a leadership role with flexibility. You thrive on people management, are organised and proactive, and know how to keep a venue running smoothly without needing to be there 24/7.
