We're looking for a dynamic Front of House Manager to take the reins of both our day and evening operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage the team, support smooth service, and help shape the future of our busy local eatery.

About the role:

  • Lead day-to-day operations of both the cafe and evening service
  • Manage and support kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Take ownership of coffee and bar service, including menu development and service standards
  • Responsible for rostering, training, and staff development
  • Implement operational processes to ensure smooth service
  • Hire and onboard new team members
  • Collaborate with the chef-owner, who understands the dynamics of day and evening service
  • Supported by a dedicated daytime assistant for check-ins

About you:

  • Strong experience in hospitality, with proficiency in both barista and bar skills
  • Confident managing day and evening operations
  • Skilled in leading coffee and bar service
  • Organized, proactive, and able to implement systems and processes
  • Enjoys leading a team and fostering a positive, customer-focused environment
  • Excited to take ownership of your space and shape the growth of our evening service
