We're looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individual to join our café team as a Front of House Team Member. You'll be the face of our café, creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems
  • Serve food and beverages with attention to presentation and speed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
  • Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Collaborate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service

  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A positive attitude and team spirit
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and public holidays

  • Barista skills or willingness to learn (a bonus)
