We’re looking for a motivated, friendly, and reliable **Receptionist** to support our talented stylists at **Three Seventy**

**The Role**

As our Receptionist, you'll be the first face/voice our clients see. You’ll help ensure each client’s experience is seamless and memorable — from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. Your role is key in keeping the salon running smoothly and supporting both our clients and our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment bookings and keep the schedule organised
- Handle client inquiries and share information about our services
- Process payments and manage the front desk/cash register
- Assist with stock control and merchandising displays
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house
- Support stylists with ad hoc tasks
- Assist with marketing and promotional efforts

**About You**
- Experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not essential
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- A warm, friendly presence and professional attitude
- Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Interest in the hair and beauty industry is a big plus
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
