Elements is a dynamic, evolving, fast paced work environment with a focus on healthy offerings using locally sourced produce.

We are seeking a Chef to support our kitchen team.

If you have the following attributes to bring to the team we'd love to hear from you:

  • Creative cooking with local produce - we'd love your ideas to support our ever growing menu
  • Be Mornington Peninsula Based - who wouldn't want to live here?
  • Available 7 days - including early evenings, rotational roster - NO nights, NO split shifts
  • Multi skilled - that means able to do more than one thing at a time
  • Experience with food preparation, grilling, salad preparation, and basic pastry skills
  • Punctual, Reliable, Well Presented - bring your best game face
  • Are respectful
  • Adhere to our Policy and Procedures - you know OH&S, Food Handling, COVID safe
  • Able to initiate jobs without supervision?
  • Cookery Certificate or equal experiences
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or minimum 2 years equivalent commercial kitchen experience
  • Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or Food Handler's Certificate
