Chef – Naughty Norman, Mornington VIC

Naughty Norman is a fun, busy restaurant and bar in the heart of Mornington. We're all about good food, good drinks, and creating a place people love to hang out. We're now on the lookout for a full-time Chef to join our crew.

What you'll be doing:

  • Cooking up great food across our menu to a consistent high standard
  • Helping plan and organise daily prep and service
  • Keeping an eye on quality and making sure every dish looks and tastes spot on
  • Ordering stock, managing supplies, and keeping waste down
  • Sticking to all food safety and hygiene standards (non-negotiable)
  • Sharing your knowledge with the team and training junior staff when needed
  • Having input on menus and seasonal specials

What we're looking for:

  • Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 years' experience as a qualified chef in a busy kitchen
  • Solid knowledge of food prep, safety, and hygiene
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced service
  • A team player who enjoys working with others

The details:

  • Full-time role (38 hours per week minimum)
  • Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + super (depending on experience)
  • Location: Mornington, Victoria
