About the role

ROSEBUD COUNTRY CLUB' is seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team at our stunning location in Rosebud VIC 3939. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating exceptional dining experiences.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Head Chef in the overall kitchen operations and management
• Prepare and cook high-quality meals to the standards set by the Head Chef
• Ensure efficient and timely food preparation and service
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
• Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new menu items
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Comply with all health, safety and food hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong culinary skills and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality or culinary arts
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic environment
• No Visa's on offer for this role
