Receptionist – Immersive Psychology Group

Subiaco, WA

We are seeking an experienced, professional, and compassionate receptionist to join our team at Immersive Psychology Group, a growing private psychology practice dedicated to client care and practitioner support.

About the role

This is a client-facing position where you will play a vital role in creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient front-of-house experience for our clients and supporting our team of psychologists.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and empathy
  • Coordinating bookings and managing clinician schedules
  • Processing payments, Medicare claims, and health fund rebates
  • Maintaining accurate client records and handling confidential information
  • Assisting with practice administration, reporting, and compliance tasks
  • Supporting the Directors and clinical team with day-to-day operations
About you

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Previous experience in a medical, allied health, or psychology reception role (essential)
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in medical, allied health, or psychology reception work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and professional manner
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability in a busy environment
  • Familiarity with practice management software (Coreplus preferred)
  • A high level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in supporting mental health care

Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
