_**Primary Aim**_

To provide administration support to Tailoring Therapy, and a small level of personal assistance to the Director.
- **Role Description**_

As the administration assistant you will play an important role in the company. You will work across a number of areas including reception, customer service, data entry and business administration. You will have diverse work experiences from working with therapy clients to customer service in a retail environment with a bit of creativity thrown in along the way.

You will be an active member of our team answering client queries, assisting therapy-clients with information and booking, scheduling therapists, managing some payments, assisting with data entry. You will need to have good levels of IT literacy as well as excellent interpersonal skills and a flair for creativity.

The person who takes on this role will need to have a positive attitude to sexuality, be non-judgemental and have empathy. You will need to be a team player and a self-starter able to work at times without supervision. You will havesufficient experience and/or training to enable you to carry out your duties under general direction. You will be responsible and accountable for your work which will be performed within established guidelines. At times, you may be required to exercise judgment and initiative within your role and abilities.

At times, you may perform other tasks to support the Director in a capacity as a personal assistant.
- **Duties**_
- Reception duties including answering customer and client enquiries, making client bookings, processing client payments and respond to enquiries as appropriate.
- Dairy management for therapists
- Provide general advice and information on the organisation’s products and services
- Prepare business documentation and letters
- Assist with workshops and marketing events. This will include marketing, participant enquiries, handling bookings, event preparation (venue and catering bookings), event set-up.
- Other duties as directed.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From $27.85 per hour
