NSW Homecare Relationship Manager

Full Time

Who We Are (and Why You'll Love Us)

Concentric is one of Australia's largest allied health organisations on an exciting growth journey — and we're just getting started. Backed by strong leadership and a supportive, vibrant team culture, we're driven by passion, purpose and a shared commitment to achieve our purpose: increasing access to quality care for those who need it most. When you join Concentric, you're not just taking on a new role — you're opening doors to extraordinary opportunities to improve the lives of older adults in our community.

Our purpose is clear, and we want you to work with a team of professionals with unwavering determination, pursuing excellence and pushing boundaries to improve lives and lead in our field

Ready to make a REAL difference?

The secret to our success is our people. We're looking for someone who can bring both heart and smarts to this role — a relationship manager who genuinely cares about helping older adults live well at home, and who has the drive, creativity, and commercial mind to build meaningful partnerships that make that possible.

Your Next Big Hustle

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and tenacious Homecare Relationship Manager to join our team and help us grow across Sydney and Newcastle. This is a high-energy role that will see you on the road, attending expos and hosting events to build strong relationships that drive referrals for our NSW Homecare team. With a world-class CRM, leading marketing tools, and a high-performing team behind you, you'll be set up for success — and supported every step of the way.

What Your Day Looks Like (Hint: Never Boring)

As our Homecare Relationship Manager, you'll be the face of Concentric to a wide range of referral partners

You'll:

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to support our growth in Homecare.
  • Plan and execute targeted outreach and engagement strategies (calls, emails, face-to-face visits)
  • Host and attend expos and webinars to raise brand awareness and enhance growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and our Clinical teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Understand our clinical offerings and connect the right services to the right clients
  • Achieve individual and team targets with resilience, creativity, and no fear of rejection.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand and diversify our referral network

What Makes You Our Unicorn

You're a resilient go-getter who thrives on the hustle. With experience in aged care, homecare business development, account management, or stakeholder engagement, what really sets you apart is your energy, tenacity, and growth mindset. Here's what you bring:

  • Proven experience in business development, stakeholder, or relationship management.
  • High energy: you love being out on the road, building networks, opening doors, and creating opportunities.
  • Relationship builder: you know how to strengthen homecare connections, collaborate with operations and clinical teams to deliver a real impact.
  • Deep knowledge of the aged care and homecare sector.
  • Resilience: you've got grit, thrive on targets, and enjoy the chase.
