Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts & Client Relationship Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Contracts & Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing contract negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing client communications, monitoring contract compliance, handling client inquiries, and resolving any issues. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and collaborating with other departments to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills
  • Experience with contract negotiations and compliance
  • Ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills
  • Experience in the investment or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
