Transformation PMO Lead
A global technology and network solutions organisation is seeking an experienced Transformation PMO Lead to establish and run the program management "engine room" of a major Network Transformation Office.
This is a pivotal role driving integrated planning, risk and dependency management, financial tracking, and delivery governance across one of the most complex and high-impact transformation programs in the industry.
You'll act as the single source of truth for program health - providing transparency, structure, and discipline across multiple workstreams.
The Role
As Transformation PMO Lead, you'll oversee the full suite of program management functions, from master scheduling and RAID governance to budget tracking and performance reporting. Working across technology, commercial, and operational domains, you'll ensure the transformation stays aligned to its strategic roadmap, while embedding best-practice PMO standards and continuous improvement across all delivery teams.
This is an opportunity to lead the backbone of a global transformation effort - ensuring the right information, insights, and governance frameworks drive executional success.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the integrated master schedule, ensuring cross-domain alignment.
- Govern RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, ensuring timely escalation and mitigation.
- Lead the program reporting cadence, producing dashboards, scorecards, and executive updates.
- Track and report on financial performance — including budgets, cost-out delivery, and benefits realisation.
- Standardise PMO playbooks, templates, and governance processes across the transformation.
- Liaise across business units to manage interdependencies and milestone delivery.
- Provide accurate, data-driven insights to governance forums and executive councils.
- Partner with Commercial, Risk, and Change teams to maintain an integrated program view.
- Embed continuous improvement practices into program management tools and methods.
What Success Looks Like
- Real-time transparency into program health through digital dashboards and performance metrics.
- Consistent, accurate reporting adopted as the single source of truth across the organisation.
- Proactive risk and dependency management ensuring delivery certainty.
- Governance forums equipped with actionable insights for decision-making.
- PMO frameworks institutionalised as best practice across all transformation teams.
About You
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management, including at least 8 years leading PMO functions.
- Proven track record supporting complex transformations within telecoms, technology, or large-scale infrastructure programs.
- Strong expertise in integrated scheduling, RAID governance, and financial tracking.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for senior audiences.
- PMP or equivalent certification required.
- Skilled in enterprise PPM tools, reporting dashboards, and data visualisation for executive reporting.
If you excel at bringing order, visibility, and governance to large-scale programs - and thrive in high-visibility, fast-moving transformation environments - this is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in a global transformation initiative.
