We are working with a
global-leading Microsoft partner
who is assembling a specialist delivery team for a
flagship manufacturing transformation programme
. At the centre of this initiative is a
Head of PMO (Project Delivery)
who will bring leadership, structure, and governance to ensure success.

The Opportunity

This is a career-defining role for an experienced delivery leader who can align business and technology outcomes across Microsoft's ecosystem. You'll take ownership of the
PMO function
, drive governance across the programme, manage budgets, and create a collaborative environment where delivery teams thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the
    PMO office
    , defining governance frameworks and ensuring end-to-end delivery oversight.
  • Oversee a
    multi-stream programme
    spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps, CE business platforms, and the Microsoft Fabric data platform.
  • Partner with stakeholders at C-suite level to ensure alignment on scope, budgets, timelines, and benefits realisation.
  • Build and mentor a delivery team – Project Managers, Programme Directors, Consultants – creating a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Ensure
    reporting accuracy
    , risk management, and compliance with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Drive
    communication excellence
    , ensuring clarity across teams, vendors, and client executives.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as
    Head of PMO, Programme Director, or Senior Delivery Lead
    within enterprise-scale transformations.
  • Deep knowledge of
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 FinOps & CE
    platforms.
  • Exposure to
    Microsoft Fabric and Azure data platforms
    for reporting and data governance.
  • Strong background in
    budget control
    , financial governance, and benefits management.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to unite global delivery teams.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, SureStep, Hybrid.
