The Role

This is a hands-on Contract Administrator role for an experienced, ambitious professional with responsibility for the end-to-end administration and management of the construction project life cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

· Review and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

· Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions

· Negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors

· Resolve any disputes that may arise during the course of a project

· Work closely with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

· Monitor contract performance and provide regular reports to management

· Maintain accurate records of all contract-related activities

· Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures

· Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

The Candidate

· Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field

· A least 3 years of experience in contract administration

· Exposure to either new hotels and/or hotel refurbishments, or high-end commercial fit-outs necessary

· Strong negotiation and communication skills

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Excellent attention to detail

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software
