Site-Based Contract Administrator | Multi-Res Construction | Brisbane QLD

Your new company

HAYS has partnered with a respected builder, delivering a premium residential development in Brisbane's inner east. This multi-storey luxury apartment project includes multiple basement levels and is currently underway, with fit-out works commencing shortly. This is a site-based role with weekly travel to the Gold Coast office for project meetings, offering exposure to high-end construction and a collaborative delivery team.

Your new role

As the Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all head contract and subcontract administration for the project. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure contracts are accurately managed, variations are tracked, and budgets remain on target throughout the build.

  • Prepare, review, and administer subcontractor agreements
  • Manage progress claims, variations, RFIs, and payment schedules
  • Track project budgets and forecasts to maintain financial control
  • Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers
  • Support the Project Manager with reporting and weekly meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and WHS standards

What you'll need to succeed

  • Jobpac experience is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on multi-res projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the site team
  • Current driver's licence
