Location:
Tullamarine, VIC (Onsite Role – Parking Available)

Contract Administrator
with strong
OFCI (Owner Furnished, Contractor Installed)
procurement experience to join our Tullamarine team. This is an onsite role where your skills in contract management, vendor negotiations, and technical understanding will directly shape project outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Administer contracts and lead the tender process with two preferred tenderers.
  • Manage vendor negotiations on costings, contracts, lead times, exclusions, maintenance periods, and local presence.
  • Collaborate with engineers, operations teams, and the client to finalise specification requirements and quantities for two design options.
  • Partner with contractors and cost estimators to conduct detailed tender assessments.
  • Monitor the supply program to maintain delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and present reports on OFCI strategy, procurement progress, and contract compliance.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally with OFCI procurement exposure.
  • Mechanical and/or electrical background to interpret technical specifications.
  • Strong contract management, negotiation, and vendor relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple procurement packages to tight deadlines.
