We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team
We specialise in construction and Project management building medium to large residential apartments and commercial properties located in the Inner South of Sydney and surrounding areas.
The successful applicant must understand the construction industry and is self-motivated able to perform various roles
Required
- Experience as a Contract Administrator / Estimator
- Experience with cubit estimating.
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Ability to manage contracts, tenders, quotations, progress payments, document management and contractor scheduling
- Possess organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Attention to detail
