Who we are and what we offer:
Interested in shaping skylines across the globe?
Multiplex is a premier construction company with a simple purpose: to construct a better future. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to help deliver some of the world's most iconic projects, supported by approachable leadership and an inclusive culture that puts our people first.
You will also have access to a range of holistic benefits including:
- Bonus schemes, annual remuneration reviews and salary continuance insurance.
- Health and Wellbeing programs, including annual voluntary skin and health checks.
- Benefits to support parents and families, including 20 weeks paid parental leave regardless of gender, payment of superannuation on unpaid leave, and transition coaching.
- Professional career development opportunities and a wealth of learning offerings through the Multiplex Learning Academy.
- An industry-leading approach to flexible work to enable better work-life balance.
Who we're looking for:
Our people are united by a common belief: that we can outperform in everything we do.
Operational Development at Multiplex is all about enabling our teams to deliver projects efficiently, safely, and consistently. We do this through two key streams: operational systems and operational learning. On the systems side, we look after the platforms and tools our people use every day—making sure they're intuitive, fit-for-purpose, and aligned with how we work. That includes everything from intranet content and SharePoint structures to training modules for most relied on applications. On the Operational Learning side, we design and deliver training that builds technical capability across the business. It's practical, role-specific, and grounded in real-world expertise. Whether it's helping someone understand how to use a new platform or designing training that teaches the 'Multiplex way' of doing things, we're here to support, simplify, and strengthen how our teams operate.
This is a new opportunity for a highly capable Operational Development Administrator to join our National Operations Team. You will play an important role in coordinating and maintaining the systems, processes and documentation that the support both the Global and National Operations teams. This dynamic position also involves managing and delivering training programs, developing digital content, and providing project support—contributing to initiatives that enhance the way our business operates.
We are looking for a team orientated Administrator with a proactive mindset, a willingness to go the extra mile and the ability to quickly adapt and learn. Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. You'll also bring a strong aptitude for technology and become a subject matter expert in our internal systems, including SharePoint and IFS.
Flexibility options are available. This is a role within a global team, and we will consider candidates based in Perth or Sydney.
A note on diversity:
Diversity is about celebrating the ways we are all different and appreciating the unique qualities that every employee brings. We invite applications from people of all genders, cultures and walks of life. Research shows that women and people from underrepresented groups are less like to apply for roles if they don't meet every qualification. So even if you don't match all the criteria - if you are passionate about helping to construct a better future, we'd love to hear from you.
We are committed to providing a barrier-free work environment and can support with reasonable adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Simply inform our Talent Acquisition team during your conversation with them.
