Sales Coordinator – Client Relationships
Sydney, NSW | Full-Time | Growth Role
About Us
Superior Hair Extensions has been a trusted name for over 20 years, but the real story is our explosive growth in the last three. We've doubled in size in the past 12 months alone, and with a young, ambitious team, the momentum isn't slowing down. We're now looking for a driven Sales Coordinator to work directly with our clients — building relationships, managing leads, and helping take our brand to the next level.
The Role
This isn't a cold-calling job. You'll be working with warm leads, inbound enquiries, and existing clients — guiding them through our product range, answering questions, and helping them find the perfect solution. You'll spend your time on Zoom calls, phone check-ins, and emails, making sure every client feels supported from first contact through to purchase and beyond.
It's a role for someone who's confident speaking with people, naturally persuasive, and thrives in a fast-moving, team-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Jump on Zoom calls and phone calls with clients, salons, and wholesale partners.
- Manage inbound leads — qualifying, following up, and converting them into sales.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotions and campaigns with sales conversations.
- Keep CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) up to date with client interactions and pipeline status.
- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up documentation.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 + years' experience in sales/account management
- Confident communicator who's comfortable on Zoom and phone calls.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative sales approach.
- Organised and reliable — able to follow up leads and manage a busy pipeline.
- Familiar with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proactive, positive, and motivated to hit sales targets (without aggressive cold calling).
- Passion for beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
What's In It for You
- Work with warm leads — no cold calling.
- Be part of a young, ambitious team in a business that's doubling year-on-year.
- Training and mentorship from senior sales and marketing leaders.
- Career growth opportunities as we expand across wholesale, retail, and international markets.
- Competitive base salary + super + performance incentives.
- Full-time role based in Sydney, NSW (with occasional events and meetings off-site).
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years' proven experience in sales, account management, or client-facing customer service. (required)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). (required)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and strong computer literacy. (required)
- Australian work rights (citizen, PR, or valid visa).
How to Apply
If you love building client relationships, thrive on helping people, and want to be part of a fast-growing brand, we'd love to hear from you. Apply now with your CV and a short cover letter telling us why you'd be the perfect fit for Superior Hair.
