About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, managing enquiries, supporting sales, and ensuring an exceptional end-to-end experience. You'll oversee the client journey—from first contact to after-sales support—while collaborating closely with the design and production teams to deliver on expectations.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone with:
- Proven sales experience—ideally in luxury, fashion, events, or bespoke services
- Strong skills in CRM and lead tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple client relationships
- Familiarity with invoicing and reporting tools
- A client-first mindset, with a flair for professional and personable service
