We're working with a nationally recognised retailer in the automotive industry that has been trusted by customers for decades. They're now looking for a Store Manager to take the lead, drive performance, and work with an existing motivated team that delivers outstanding service every day.

This business is built on genuine care, expert knowledge, and a passion for all things automotive. You'll step into a leadership role where your contribution makes a visible impact

The Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales performance & achieving store targets
  • Leading, coaching & developing your team
  • Managing stock levels and inventory
  • Delivering operational excellence and compliance with company standards
  • Creating a safe, positive, and customer-focused environment
  • Inspiring your team to provide exceptional service every time
About You

We're looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and knows how to motivate a team. You'll ideally bring:

  • Previous retail management experience (2-3+ years)
  • Strong background in achieving KPIs and budgets
  • Experience with inventory management
  • Automotive knowledge (advantageous, but not essential)
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for results
  • The ability to lead from the front and set high standards
