We're scaling fast — from $1M to $5M revenue by 2027 — and we're looking for driven B2B sales professionals ready to capitalise on strong demand and warm leads.
The Opportunity
If you've got B2B face-to-face or field sales experience (in any industry — IT, telco, SaaS, office equipment, advertising, energy, or finance), this is your opportunity to step into the tech sector and earn a serious income.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll work from our Melbourne office (hybrid after your first month) to prospect, meet, and close business clients across Victoria and interstate. You'll engage decision-makers, run product demos (with support), and own your pipeline end-to-end — from lead to signed contract.
What You'll Do
- Drive new B2B client acquisition through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations with full support from our team
- Negotiate and close deals in cloud phone, managed print, and IT solutions
- Collaborate with technical and finance teams to deliver customer success
- Exceed monthly sales KPIs and earn uncapped commissions

Who You Are
- 3+ years of B2B or field sales experience (any industry welcome)
- Confident communicator who builds instant rapport with business owners
- Motivated, competitive, and hungry for commission
- Proven closer with consistent results against targets
- Ready to step into a tech-driven role with real progression potential
