Lead the operations of the ICT Service Desk
An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic and dedicated individual to lead the delivery of our ICT Service Desk services as the ICT Team Leader and Customer Success. Provide direction and support to our knowledgeable ICT team in delivering top-notch customer service, support, and solutions to Wellington Shire Council and East Gippsland Shire Council.
Responsibilities
- Operate the ICT Service Desk, responding and allocating requests in accordance with Service Level Agreements to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Manage requests from Wellington Shire Council and East Gippsland Shire Council as part of a shared services arrangement.
- Maintain the IT register of assets.
- Deliver high-quality desktop and software support.
- Providing ICT/AV support to the Councilors and Leadership Group across both Wellington Shire Council and East Gippsland Shire Council for onsite or remote Council meetings and other meetings.
About You
Our ideal candidate has qualifications or substantial experience in ICT Service Management and Service Desk activities and has experience in ICT asset management. They're highly responsive to the needs of the ICT teams and can operate seamlessly within the framework of responsibilities and priorities set by the Coordinator ICT Operations, including after-hours support. The role requires high quality customer service and excellent troubleshoot skills. Ability to manage priorities is essential to ensure all service levels are maintained for both Councils.
