Managed Technology Consulting (MTC) is a high-growth B2B tech services company – a $1M business on track to hit $5M by 2027. We deliver enterprise-grade communications, IT, and managed print solutions through a unique OpEx (no-upfront) model at unbeatable wholesale rates. Our Senior BDMs close an impressive 45–50% of meetings, and now we're looking for driven Sales Executives to fuel that pipeline.

The Role

As a Sales Executive, your mission is to generate new business opportunities for our closers. You'll work from our warm lead database to cold-call and email prospective businesses across Victoria and Sydney, converting interest into booked meetings – both face-to-face and virtual (Google Meet). You'll have full territory access across metro VIC and NSW, with the freedom to walk in and pitch when the opportunity strikes.

You'll be based out of our Preston office and become a cornerstone of our growth. Training is hands-on and intensive: you'll receive direct, one-on-one product training with our Managing Director and ongoing support from a high-performing team. You'll be learning from some of the best in the industry – people who know how to win and are ready to help you do the same. After your first month, you'll transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote) and start building your own pipeline.

Who You Are

You're a relentless sales hunter with 1–3 years' experience in B2B tech, telco, print, or similar. You're confident on the phone, thrive on cold outreach, and know how to get decision-makers to the table. You're gritty, goal-driven, and allergic to average. You want to outwork everyone in the room – and get rewarded for it.
