Role Description

We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a new construction project within an Educational facility, worth over $40m.

Located in our Sydney office, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with contractors and consultants, including contract administration duties.
• Managing the construction/delivery of this complex new build.
• Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
• Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.

Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on building projects, ideally within the Tertiary, University, Independent School, Public School or Healthcare sectors.

You'll also need:

• Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Experience with construction and the delivery phase of projects.
• A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
• Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
