At Integirtas Accountants & Advisers, we're seeking an experienced professional who combines technical expertise with a genuine focus on clients. You'll be joining a collaborative and growing team that values integrity, professionalism, and long-term client relationships.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients across industries and entity structures. This is a hands-on role that offers both autonomy and the opportunity to mentor junior team members.

Key responsibilities:

  • Preparation and review of financial statements and income tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, SMSFs, and individuals
  • Preparation and review of BAS, IAS, FBT, and payroll tax returns
  • Tax planning, advisory, and structuring for SME and high-net-worth clients
  • Managing complex group structures, including Div 7A, CGT, GST, and international tax issues
  • Preparation of tax notes for financials and liaising with auditors and the ATO
  • Client relationship management — delivering tailored advice in clear, non-technical language
  • Supervising and mentoring junior accountants, reviewing work, and supporting their professional development
About You

You're a motivated accounting professional who enjoys working with clients to deliver exceptional outcomes. You take ownership of your work, value accuracy, and can clearly explain complex issues.

You'll bring:

  • CPA or CA qualification (completed)
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience in business services, taxation, or public practice accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements with efficiency and professionalism
  • Experience with accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Handisoft, APS, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Leadership qualities and willingness to support a positive team culture
  • Proficient with Xero Blue and Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
