Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reconciliations Officer located in Sydney, NSW. The Reconciliations Officer will be responsible for daily reconciliation tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Responsibilities include verifying and reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, assisting with month-end close processes, and maintaining financial records. The role requires close collaboration with the finance team and other departments to ensure financial integrity and compliance with company policies.

  • Customer Interaction: Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Administrative Support: Administrative Assistance and Computer Literacy
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with accounting software and financial reconciliation processes, Apparel21 ERP preferred
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
