About The Role..
This position is responsible for a variety of tasks that relate to the end of vehicle lease processes for novated contracts.
Tasks And Responsibilities..
The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Thoroughly and efficiently communicate with the employer/employee as part of the lease reconciliation and customer
- updates processes
- Prepare workflow tasks for outstanding invoices, reconciling outstanding transactions including finance payments,
- standard lease services and payroll deductions
- Prepare and issue early termination quotes
- Adhere to Corporate customers contractual SLAs to ensure all processing requirements are met
- Work effectively with the team to ensure the department's accountabilities are met including support of the vision and
- goals of the team and company
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE..
- Professional and courteous customer service skills
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to resolve problems through to complete resolution in a timely, effective manner
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills for effective time management
- Strong technical/numerical skills
- Proficient in using MS products including other computer systems
