We are currently seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer to join our dedicated team.

About The Role
Reporting to the Director of Immigration, you'll work with the support of experienced lawyers and paralegals to deliver end-to-end legal services to corporate and individual clients. Your caseload will include:

• Strategic immigration advice and compliance
• Employer-sponsored visas
• Global Talent visas
• Partner, parent and other family visas
• General skilled migration
• Merits review applications (e.g., Administrative Appeals Tribunal matters)
• Ministerial intervention requests

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience in Australian immigration law
• Strong working knowledge of migration legislation and visa categories
• Excellent communication and legal research skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to efficiently manage files, deadlines, and client expectations
• Proficiency in LEAP Migration Manager, ImmiAccount, Legendcom, and Microsoft Office; experience with Affinity is highly desirable
• Professional, ethical, and client-focused approach; reliable, approachable, and positive team player

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own files with support and supervision as needed
• Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality legal work
• Provide strategic legal advice and conduct in-depth research on complex cases
• Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and the Code of Conduct
• Communicate effectively with clients, managing their matters with care and professionalism
