You'll have the chance to work in a stunning environment, catering to guests who enjoy sophisticated dining at our award-winning Temple of Tastes restaurant or unwind at the Lagoon Bar with refreshing cocktails and light snacks.

With versatile meeting rooms accommodating up to 80 guests, our resort is the perfect setting for leisure stays, dream weddings, and high-profile corporate events. When you're off the clock, immerse yourself in the natural wonders of the region, including the iconic Great Barrier Reef and the lush Daintree Rainforest.

Purpose

As the Front Office Supervisor, your responsibility is to craft unforgettable experiences throughout the guest journey, from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will inspire and guide your Front Office team, ensuring the hotel operates seamlessly.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Take the helm and guide the front office's day-to-day operations with expertise
  • Lead the Front Office Team like a mentor, nurturing growth and skill-building in a supportive atmosphere
  • Collaborate with guests, extending a helping hand to find solutions for any challenges that may arise
  • Contribute to roster planning and preparation
  • Embrace authenticity and let your unique self-shine in every shift

Skills and Experience

  • A background in Hotel Operations, ideal for someone eager to take the next stride towards a leadership position
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fuelled by epic organisational and time management skills
  • Masterful in the art of communication, both written and spoken
  • Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
