About the Role
As a Customer Experience Partner you will be an important pillar of account and technical support, and a go-to product expert for our Real Estate agency clients that are valuable customers of our Real Time Agent product - a point of sale platform that digitises and streamlines the property journey for everyone involved. In this busy role, you'll assist with an array of customer enquiries from the simple to the complex - from post-onboarding to ad-hoc escalations for bugs and integration issues.

You'll be the go-to technical wizard and account champion for Real Estate agents, helping them solve problems and get the most out of our industry-leading portals. - Master the art of connection:
As the friendly and knowledgeable voice of our brand, you'll expertly manage inbound enquiries across phone, live chat, and email. - Drive customer love:

Our Ideal Person:
ESSENTIALS
:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
- Flexibility to work 9am-5.30pm as well as 10.30am-7pm if required.
- Previous experience in fast-paced customer service / tech support roles.
- Passionate about delivering great customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic, positive approach.
- Resilient and empathic in nature
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- A high level of confidentiality.
NICE TO HAVES
:
- Experience supporting tech platforms within the SaaS industry (preferred).
- Phone-based customer service experience.
- Property industry knowledge.
