About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver?

We're on the hunt for an Application Specialist with Apparel21 experience to join our dynamic Retail IT team in Cremorne.

In this role, you'll be hands-on with the technology that keeps our retail world moving ensuring our systems, from ERP to POS and ecommerce platforms, run smoothly and deliver exceptional results. No two days will be the same as you partner with stakeholders across the business to streamline processes, solve problems, and enhance system performance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Become the go-to expert for our core ERP system (Apparel21) - covering product management, purchasing, inventory, POS, and ecommerce integrations.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to translate operational needs into smart technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, investigate root causes, and deliver effective resolutions that keep the business running seamlessly.
  • Support data integrity, system documentation, and testing processes to ensure stability and continuous improvement.
  • Assist in implementing, maintaining, and integrating new systems that enhance business efficiency and connectivity.

What You'll Bring:

  • Apparel21 experience - essential for success in this role.
  • 2+ years' experience in Retail Business Applications or similar systems-focused positions.
  • Understanding of retail ERP environments and system integrations.
  • Solid Microsoft Excel and/or SQL skills.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms and integration management (highly desirable).
  • Strong analytical mindset, great communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
