Modus Brewing is a family-owned, independent beverage and hospitality business. We kicked off in Mona Vale, Sydney in 2014 and have since expanded into our brand-new, state-of-the-art brewery and venue in Merewether, Newcastle. Our philosophy is simple: Beer first. No shortcuts. This commitment to quality drives everything we do - from brewing to sales to marketing.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Modus Brewing and NORT are looking for a passionate and driven sales manager to join our team. This role is perfect for an energetic, relationship-focused individual eager to expand our reach, cultivate key partnerships, and unlock new distribution opportunities across both on and off-premise venues - all while championing the Modus Brewing and NORT brands.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Building & Growing Sales – Develop new relationships, nurture existing accounts, and introduce our incredible beers to more venues.
- Showcasing Our Brands – Conduct tastings, attend festivals, and create brand excitement.
- Hitting Targets & Driving Success – Work towards ambitious (but achievable) sales goals with support from an awesome team.
- Ensuring Maximum Visibility – Make sure Modus products are front and centre in key selling positions at retail outlets and on-premise venues.
- Being a Beer Expert – Learn the ins and outs of the industry and represent Modus with passion.
About You:
- Industry Experience Preferred – FMCG, Liquor, or Hospitality experience is a big plus, but if you're business-savvy, motivated, and eager to learn, we want to hear from you
- A Natural People Person – You thrive on building relationships and have top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
- A Self-Starter – You're great at working independently, solving problems, and organising and managing your
time effectively. - Driven & Ambitious – You have strong personal ambition and the drive to win, to ensure that we achieve our big goals for this territory.
- A Valid Driver's Licence & NSW RSA – You'll need to be mobile and ready to roll
