South West Coast VIC, Australia Elders Insurance Geelong Full time $45,000 - $60,000 per year

We are looking for a new ASSISTANT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE to add value to our already successful team. You will be fully trained and mentored in company practices. Duties will include:

  • Processing insurance quotations, new business, renewals.
  • Telephone enquiries and credit control.
  • Record, process and manage claims.

You will have the following qualities:

  • Customer service. Teamwork and co-operation.
  • Concern for quality.
  • Flexibility, and a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

To be successful in this role you must be able to display the following skills:

  • A knowledge of general insurance is required.
  • Display a high level of computer literacy and accuracy with data input.
  • Have good communication skills and organisational skills.
  • Obtain satisfactory police and ASIC clearances. Obtain or have already Tier 1 or Tier 2 accreditation in Australian Financial Services Reform Act 2001 (FSRA) Insurance.
