Ayme Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join a well-established insurance brokerage based in Orange, NSW. This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio while developing strong, long-term relationships.

You'll play a key part in managing and growing commercial and personal insurance accounts, providing quality advice, and ensuring compliance across all aspects of the business. The position also includes a strong sales and business development component, making it ideal for someone who enjoys combining client service with growth opportunities.

About the Role

As an Account Executive you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Preparing policy documentation, quotes, renewals in line with requirements.
  • Assisting clients through any claims processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
  • Providing timely and professional advice to clients, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Support internal processes and administrative functions with accuracy and efficiency.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in insurance broking or a similar account management role.
  • A strong sales focus and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to compliance standards.
  • Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) accreditation is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • A proactive and professional approach to client service.
  • Valid Australian work rights are required for this position.
