**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Location: Birtinya**

You will be joining our newest team within the Kilcoy Global Foods Group. Your main focus will be to assist with the development and growth of the domestic retail channel and execute against strategic plans to enable the growth ambitions at both the top and bottom line.

This will be a great opportunity for someone who has completed their university studies and looking to move into a tole within FMCG or for someone with a couple of years retail account management experience and looking to build on their career

**YOUR RESPONSILBITIES**

**Your main scope will include**:

- Supporting the Strategic Business Manager (SBM) in building the Retail Channel.
- Execute against the Australian retail sales strategy.

**You will achieve this by**:

- Partnering with the SBM to build and implement retail account plans.
- Use available KPI data to check and review performance.
- To work with customers to build relationships to become a trusted advisor.
- Manage customer pricing models.
- To contribute to New Product Development within the Team.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL**

**You will bring with you**:

- 2+ years’ experience in FMCG Industry OR completion of university looking to move into the FMCG industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to work within a high performing team that produces results.
- A problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
- Strong relationship management.
- A want to work and help build a new business enterprise.
