We're seeking a compassionate, organised, and people-focused Tenancy Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering exceptional tenancy support and property oversight.About the RoleThe Tenancy Manager is responsible for managing all communication with tenants and their stakeholders, ensuring each tenancy is stable, well-supported, and compliant. This role oversees the entire tenancy lifecycle, maintains updated tenant records, manages complaints and risks, and ensures that all proper>es are well-maintained and aligned with tenant needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication & Relationship ManagementServe as the main point of contact for tenants, families, support coordinators, and SIL providers.Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with tenants and their stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tenant needs are met and updates are communicated.Tenancy & Information ManagementManage all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle, including move-ins and move-outs.Ensure tenant details are accurately entered and updated in MYP (CRM).Communicate all updates (support coordinators, SILs, emergency contacts, etc.) to internal departments.Complaints, Issues & Property OversightLog and action complaints and incidents using Yaran's internal registers.Work with property and maintenance teams to resolve concerns and ensure all sites are safe, clean, and well-maintained.Act as the key liaison for SIL staff regarding property-related concerns or feedback.Tenancy Risk & Satisfaction MonitoringConduct regular check-ins with tenants and/or their representatives.Administer satisfaction surveys and escalate any concerns or at-risk tenancies to management.Support proactive retention strategies and promote stable long-term housing outcomes.Tenant Onboarding & Move-In CoordinationParticipate in the intake process and stakeholder meetings.Coordinate property readiness: furniture, customisation, defects, key handover, and induction.Train SIL and tenant support teams on property procedures and expectations.Community EngagementAttend expos, networking events, and client-related meetings as a Yaran representative.Contribute to building Yaran's presence within the disability and NDIS community.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in tenancy or property management, client support, or community services.Familiarity with SDA, NDIS, or disability accommodation is highly desirable.Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.High attention to detail and experience using CRM systems (experience with MYP is a plus).Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to property sites as neededHOW TO APPLY (Please read carefully)Please attach the following files and email them to  with the subject line – Tenancy ManagerUpdated resumeA cover letter including the reason "Why you want to work with Yaran".
