We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Writing and Recruitment Officer to support our growing operations. This position will play a dual role in producing high-quality written submissions for visa applications and managing recruitment activities aligned with client and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Writing and Documentation
  • Prepare visa-related submissions, nomination statements, and training plans under the direction of Registered Migration Agents.

Recruitment Coordination

  • Liaise with employers and candidates to facilitate end-to-end recruitment workflows for sponsored and skilled roles.
  • Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, applicant summaries, and labour market testing documentation.
  • Schedule and document candidate interviews, ensuring full compliance with migration and employment standards.
  • Maintain accurate candidate databases and track application progress through each stage.

Client and Student Support

  • Communicate directly with clients and students to obtain missing information, explain documentation requirements, and follow up on pending items.
  • Support the preparation of student applications and visa processes under supervision.
  • Ensure a professional and empathetic client experience at every touchpoint.

Administrative and Compliance Support

  • Maintain digital records, checklists, and templates in line with firm protocols.
  • Support the preparation of internal reports and audits.
  • Stay informed on relevant immigration updates, compliance changes, and visa framework developments.

You'll Succeed in This Role If You Have

  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time-management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Professional experience in recruitment, HR, administration, or education (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Australian migration or education processes (advantageous).
  • Additional language skills are highly regarded.
  • Edit and proofread internal and client correspondence to ensure alignment with regulatory and professional standards.
  • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and tone in all written communications.
  • Assist in compiling supporting documents and verifying evidence for compliance purposes.
